   The RP1 is a high-performance, professional-grade Rubber Vibration Isolation Pad engineered specifically for broad-spectrum noise reduction and mechanical dampening. Constructed from premium-grade, high-density virgin rubber, the RP1 model features a distinctive Double-Sided Corrugated Design. This unique architecture provides a multi-axial dampening effect, effectively decoupling equipment from the floor or support structure.

   With a standard factory sheet size of 1000 mm x 300 mm and a thickness of 10 mm, the RP1 is highly versatile. It can be utilized as a full-size floor isolation mat or cut into smaller custom pads (e.g., 4"x4" or 6"x6") at the job site to fit specific equipment footings. It is the primary choice for HVAC outdoor units, industrial air compressors, high-speed pumps, and residential appliances where high-frequency vibration and structural-borne noise must be eliminated.

Functional Architecture & Dampening Logic
   The RP1 utilizes the mechanical spring-effect of high-density rubber ribs. When equipment weight is applied, the ribs undergo controlled deformation, converting mechanical vibration energy into negligible thermal energy.

   Lower-Frequency Suppression: The 10mm thickness provides sufficient mass to dampen mid-to-low frequency structural oscillations.
   Acoustic Decoupling: The dual-sided ribbing creates an "air-pocket" layer between the equipment and the floor, significantly reducing the transmission of high-frequency noise and humming.
   Load Distribution: By cutting and splicing the 1000mm sheet, engineers can precisely match the pad surface area to the equipment's center of gravity, ensuring uniform load distribution.


Installation & Job-Site SOP
   To achieve maximum vibration isolation and ensure equipment safety, installers must adhere to the following guidelines:


Sizing and Placement
   Cutting: Use a heavy-duty utility knife or a band saw to cut the 1000x300mm sheet into squares. Ensure the cut edges are straight to allow for seamless splicing if larger areas are required.
   Orientation: For best results, place the pads so the rib direction is consistent under all equipment feet.
Edge Alignment: The pad should extend approximately 1/2" (12mm) beyond the edge of the equipment foot for even load distribution.


Surface Preparation
   Ensure the floor surface is clean and free of excessive oil or debris. While the RP1 is anti-slip, a clean surface maximizes the friction bond of the corrugated ribs.
   Floating Floors: For acoustic floating floor applications, splice multiple sheets together using a standard rubber-to-rubber adhesive on the edge seams.
